All I want for Christmas is my 2 front (bottom) teeth!

Jade in the last couple of days has lost her 2 front, bottom teeth.
 She looks so grown up!
Here is a picture of the trio before church on Sunday.
Here I am reading to the 3 Musketeers.
 The 3 Amigos.

Halloween and random October pictures

We were the Bat family for Halloween. Unfortunately Ty got sick so he couldn't go trick-or-treating.

The weekend before Halloween my awesome mother-in-law asked if she could have a grandkid sleep over. This is only 8 of the 10 that stayed. The kids had a blast...so did Kade and I!!! thanks Donna and Dennis!
They also played in their halloween costumes some.

 All kids love boxes!
I just LOVE this picture of Zoe.
Jade at her first dentist appointment.
The camera on my phone isn't great, but I love this picture of all 3 kids holding hands...and they weren't even asked to do it.
We went to Las Vegas last weekend for a Race. On the way down we stopped in and saw their new twin cousins. So cute! Sorry Amanda about the red eye on your kids (I don't know how to fix it).
The kids stayed with my wonderful Aunt Lo while we were in Vegas. They had a BLAST!!! Thanks Aunt Lo, and Johnny and Jennifer.
Kade and me at the races.
The amount of power that those cars had, WOW! It made your whole chest vibrate.
Here is Jade's Kindergarten picture. She is growing up!!!

Love my kids!

I love it when the kids snuggle on their Dad!
 Pictures before church.
Zoe not looking at the camera.
Jade making Zoe look at the camera.
I remember Jade doing this with all her stuffed animals and baby dolls, and now Zoe is taking care of her baby dolls in the same way.
Ty fell asleep while playing a video game (hence the controllers on the console).
Jade went to the dentist and got 6 of 8 cavities taken care of!

Crafts

Alright I got this off of my friend's blog so here we go...

I promise to send something hand-made to the first five people who leave a comment here. You must in turn post this on your blog and send something that YOU make to the first five people that comment onyour blog! The rules are the item has to be HANDMADE by YOU and sent sometime in 2011! (or the first part of 2012...since I am doing this a little late in the year) How fun is this!

If I don't have your address send me an email kadejesalee@msn.com or leave your address on a separate post here (i won't publish that one) and then wait for something to come!

I didn't know if I was going to do this or not, but then Jami (the friend I got this from) made me an awesome purse/bag (see below) that I have actually been wanting, so now I feel bad and should probably follow through with my promise!!!

First day of Kindergarten!

First day of Kindergarten and Jade was so excited. Zoe was too! I think Ty was still sleeping.
The second day was the first time she got to ride the bus. Here she is with her fellow kindergartener Payton Smith.
Here is the whole gang at the bus stop. Poor Kaylee doing homework on the second day of school, and poor Gunner for being the only boy!
 There she goes!
While she was at school Zoe thought it would be fun to try on Ty's pajama bottoms.
Then she tried to dress herself by putting her shirt on her legs!
this picture was from the next morning...nice bed head!!!
Who needs toys when you have a box! That's right Zoe is already trying out 2 different socks. She insisted on wearing them!

We love family!

At the first of August my parents came up with Aunt Lo to visit. Ty loves his Aunt Lo and Grandma Kathy.
Of course the girls always wanted to be with Grandpa Dwight.
My husband made a bet with my mom that she couldn't get up on skis.
Well, she did (even though I didn't get a picture of it). Kade payed up!
Jade jumped in afterwards to go swimming with Grandma.
We had a nice lunch outside under the new pergola.
We actually got to sit by each other since the kids were occupied with company!
My dads birthday was the day before they came up, so we celebrated once they got here. Any excuse to have to buy an ice cream cake!
We love to play dominoes and boggle when we get together.

Buffalo, New York

A few weeks ago we took a family trip out to Buffalo, New York to visit Kade's sisters and their families. Here are just a few highlights, and they are in NO order whatsoever!
We were delayed in the airport for a couple hours because of Hurricane Irene, but fortunately we made it home, and the kids were great!!!
Mindi made the kids an egg hunt.
We celebrated Tatum's birthday, and Jade was there to help her out.
 Zoe enjoyed the cake/cookie.
Zoe is 18 months holding her 3 month old cousin Reed. They weigh the same, but Reed definitely got her beat in the legs department.
Kristin was our amazing tour guide for Niagara Falls. Here, Jade and Zoe are feeding the birds, and you can see the mist from Niagara Falls in the background.
We took a family photo at the top looking down the falls. The wind shifted and we were getting rained on the whole time just from the mist of the falls.
There was a really pretty rainbow at the bottom.
There was another rainbow coming from the American Falls as well.
We took the kids to the Aquarium. Zoe loved the seals.
We went swimming in a friends pool.
 We went to Chuck-E-Cheese
We went swimming in a lake.
Here is another from Chuck-E-Cheese. See what I said no order in these photos.
Kade played Kristin in bball. Kade won, but Kristin was close.
Kade played bball with his sisters and neice.
The kids swam in Kristin's pool.
We got in a few naps!
We went to a really fun place that had restored carnival rides.

We all went to the sacred grove. I was quite shocked at how well the kids behaved!
We tried to take a nice photo outside of Joseph Smith's Barn with the Sacred Grove in the background, but it kind of reminded us of our Christmas Card.
A group of us at the Hill Cumorah.
And what is a Smith gathering without wrestling!!! Sorry Mal
It was a great trip and we hope to be able to go back out when the kids are a little bit older!
